Its true that the "trunk" of the RI pagan tree has many, many branches, each one reaching out on its own windinng path... Yet they are all bonded to one another via the solid trunk that is Paganism in Rhode Island

Gaia's Hearth:
Cornerstones of Wicca:
Diane will teach participants the basic tenets of Wicca, including the history, ideology and principles, as well as the practical techniques of magical work. Topics will include divination, creating sacred space, ritual tools, grounding and centering, the Sabbats, and aromatherapy. Registration required. Please e-mail dianednnlly@yahoo.com.
Sylvan Circle: The Sylvan Circle is an "off-shoot" of Gaia's Hearth. Come join us for a family-friendly gathering. Here we all share, learn and teach each other as we pass around a talking stick and explore all types of traditions. Each meeting will start with the Celtic Tree of the month and then "branch out" to explore and honor each other's paths. Children are welcome to participate, as sometimes they are the best teachers. Temple of Divine Spirit:
Crafty Pagan Group: A gathering for crafty pagans to sit and sew, crochet, knit, scrapbook, tat and tattle, stitch and bitch. Bring your craft project, share information or learn something new! I have several beginner crochet books for perusal and it's easy to learn. Bring a crochet hook and some yarn and we'll get you started! It's also a great way to network and share our craftiness! Opening meeting will be Wednesday, August 27th at 7:00 pm and will continue meeting the last Wednesday of every month.
PAGAN BOOK CLUB: Same group, new name. Join us July 31st as we begin the book "The Way of Mystery: Magick, Mysticism and Self-Transcendence by Nema. We will continue meeting the last Thursday of every month from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
CRONE'S CORNER BOOK CLUB: A monthly meeting for crones to discuss, dissect, recommend and share books over tea. We are taking the summer off and will meet again Sunday, September 28th at 3:00 pm. Please bring a book or two as we will choose our next book at this meeting.
